DataCleaner provides free browser-side ways to clean structured text, inspect common errors and export useful results. It does not replace database backups, domain-specific validation or professional data recovery.
What makes it useful
Common cleaning tasks should be transparent: you should know which rows were changed, how the result was generated, and where your original data remains. We avoid accounts and do not operate a file-upload backend.
Excel worksheets
Supported unencrypted XLSX worksheets can now be read locally and exported as CSV. This is not a full Excel editor: formulas are not calculated, and formatting, charts and macros are not carried over.
